Getting the ISO
We want to create a Bootable USB that has the installation DVD for CentOS 8 on it.
First, let’s download the CentOS 8 ISO.
Next, we want to go to https://www.centos.org/download/mirrors/
Next, we want to choose a location to download from that is physically close to where you are.
Click on the Mirror Icon on the line for your download.
This opens up a list of folders. We want the one called isos
Once in isos, we next want x86_64. If you have a really old computer that is only 32 bit, then we would need to go to a different Linux architecture.
Finally, one in x86_64.
