aiProfile: Admin.

 

In admin, you get to manage.
Users, People, Locations and Registrations.
People could be staff, student or even sponsors. In the case of this website, People are Patrons to the UofN Digital Library.
Locations could be your base, a school at your base or a ministry, in this case Locations are the Digital Library, and TechSoup Accounts.
Registrations may be someone applying for a school or staff, or even a sponsor in a ministry, even children in that ministry that you are tracking.

You can import all the people at your base in to aiProfile.
You could manage your sponsors, and the people (children) you minister to.

One small reason why we are building this feature in to aiProfile is to provide a strong connection between you and the people (children) you minister to. 

This ongoing connection help no one fall thought any gapes in your processes.

For your DTS

Someone can come to your website.

Go to your Registration page.

Sign up for the first part of the registration:

  1. First Name
  2. Last Name
  3. Email
  4. Cell
  5. Gender
  6. And what they are wanting to register for.

You could test this right now by going to this link, and Signing up for the Digital Library that this website manages.

You will have received an email with your username and password.

We are using the term Location to mean anything at your ‘Location’ that you do.

But much more depending on how you want to use aiProfile. I use it on this site, https://ywam.life to manage all the people and websites I am working on.

Registrations

Manage a school and the people applying for it.

Registration is desired to be VERY easy, with only a minimal number of questions asked.

Then, the person gets an email with a username and password to manage their application.

You can see the application here in the Admin area and help them with registration. Sending out emails as needed.
