Emails form two functions, one is to populate this website with needed information from people on your base, school leaders, staff. Emails facilitaes this to happen without the need to do make people login and remember usernames and passwords.
Emails also helps you to communicate in mass, like to all the stuedents coming for a school. All the sponsors of a ministry.
Campaigns.
The purpose of campaigns is to be able to build out your website, getting the needed information from the people who have it. It is a simple and friction-free way where they receive an email with a question that they can answer from the email without having to log in to your website.
For example: you have a school with a leader, the campaign has a set of questions.
You can manage the questions, and ensure you get the needed answers for building accurate webpages, right in the website.
